  • 300 ml soy milk or other vegetable milk
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Muscovado sugar, stevia, or maple syrup

Do this

  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture becomes frothy
  • Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for three hours.
  • Whip the mix again to make the ice cream creamier and freeze for at least 12 hours.
  • Your ice cream is ready, eat and enjoy!

Dairy-free ice cream with berries

In this recipe, we do not use products with lactose or gluten, but we will use eggs. It’s a bit more complicated than the previous recipe, but the texture is very similar to traditional ice cream. 


  • 100 g strawberries
  • 50 g blackberries
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Raw sugar or stevia

Do this

  • First, you beat the egg whites until they get a fluffy texture, then you add a little sugar. Then set the bowl aside.
  • Wash and cut the strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries into smaller pieces. Blend all the berries in a blender and use a pestle or strainer to remove larger seeds. 
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and leave it in the freezer for at least three hours.
  • Warm the fluffy eggs in a pan so they are not raw when you pour them into the mixture.
  • When you remove the pan from the plate,  whisk the egg whites with the coconut milk and sweeten to taste. 
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least two hours.
  • After two hours, pour the frozen berries and coconut milk cubes with egg whites into a powerful blender. Blend until everything is creamy.
  • Time to eat your ice cream!

Dairy-free banana and coconut ice cream

This recipe is suitable for both vegans and people with celiac disease. The frozen bananas create a creamy base and give the ice cream fullness and texture. In addition, you can adapt the recipe to suit your own taste and add other types of fruit. 


  • 3 bananas
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • Grated coconut
  • Honey
  • Sugar or natural sweeteners

Do this

  • First, peel and slice the bananas. Put them on a non-stick tray and freeze them for at least 12 hours.
  • If you want to include any other fruit, do the same: Peel, slice, and freeze the fruit.
  • Place the banana and any other fruit of your choice in a blender.
  • Pour in coconut milk and grated coconut. Blend until everything is creamy.
  • Add sugar or honey to taste. However, if the bananas are very ripe, this is probably not necessary.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for a couple of hours.
  • Your ice cream is ready. You can also add nuts or flavored juice or syrup.
